The G25 Oligo Clean Up/ Desalt Kit consists of prepacked Sephadax G25 pre-hydrated with double-distilled water. The columns are ideal for purification of synthesized oligonucleotides, end-labelled oligonucleotides, desalting and buffer exchange of PCR product. The G25 column can purify DNA fragments larger than 10 base in length and low molecular weight material will be retained in the gel matrix of the column. The column is specifically designed to purify DNA fragments of a minimum 10 bp and up. It is not recommended for PCR product primer removal.
