	MagCore® Total RNA cultured cells Kit has been designed for purification of RNA from up to 1×10⁶ cultured cells by using automated instrument of MagCore® HF16. The program provides optional protocol for contaminated genomic DNA remove. Combine RBC high quality RNase-free DNase1 with MagCore® total RNA cultured cells kit can provide high quality DNA-free total RNA, and can get high sensitivity result for downstream applications like qRT-PCR.

Performance

By using Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer to quantify and qualify the RNA that extracted from three different kind of cultured cells. Compared to other purification method Q in the market, the MagCore Total RNA cultured cells Kit purifies all sizes of RNA, from large mRNA and ribosomal RNA down to microRNA (miRNA) and small interfering RNA (siRNA). The purified RNA is ready for Northern analysis, RT-PCR, MicroArray and real-time PCR
